Ajaka Roth

Ajaka joins 10up with two decades of experience in the education sector, Ajaka brings a unique perspective and diverse set of experiences to her work as a People and Culture leader. Ajaka is a former educator, leadership coach, and skilled learning and development specialist. Most recently, her work focused on coaching senior education sector executives across the United States in people development, change management, and building inclusive talent pipelines.

Prior to assuming her coaching role, she helped found 3 start-up charter schools and served as a consultant for the Bhutanese Ministry of Education. She is also an experienced facilitator having led professional development on topics as diverse as leading teams, the power of our words, and the intersectionality of motherhood and career.

She holds a bachelors in Communication from the University of Maryland, a Masters in Special Education from Long Island University, and a SHRM-SCP certification. She is also credentialed in Instructional Design through the Association for Talent Development.
