Marta Bukowska

Marta Bukowska is the team lead at 10up, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they were the delivery director at Squiz from July 2017 to September 2020. In their role at Squiz, they were responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the London office, P&L and budget reporting, and acting as an escalation point for both internal and external issues. Marta was also accountable for the performance of the region, navigating difficult situations and ensuring long-term commercial success. In their role at 10up, they continue to provide leadership and mentorship for the delivery teams while also optimising resource utilisation and facilitating the creation of automated processes.

Their manager is Sarah Williams, SVP, Client Delivery. They work with Ryan Abeling - Associate Director of Client Delivery, Katie Methe - VP, Client Delivery, and Jacqui Montano - Senior Team Lead.
