Sajjad Usmani

Sajjad Usmani is a Support Engineer at 10up. Sajjad has over 7 years of experience in system administration, technical support, and quality assurance. Prior to joining 10up, Sajjad worked as a System Support Engineer at JaguarPC Technologies LLC USA from August 2007 to August 2014. In this role, they were responsible for all system administration tasks, servers maintenance, uptime, monitoring/troubleshooting, security, and upgrades. Sajjad also provided technical support in Level I/II and 3, assisted customers with a variety of technical and problem questions, and handled abuse reports in the abuse department.

Sajjad is skilled in server monitoring, migrations, service alerts, and DDOS attack and server monitoring. Sajjad has experience in kernel compilation/upgradation, security patches, and hardening. Sajjad is also proficient in building and configuring LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) servers. In their previous role, they trained less experienced team members and was responsible for informing and working in co-ordination with data center manager of any unexpected outages/problems.

Sajjad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Karachi.

Sajjad Usmani has a BS in Electrical Engineering from COMSATS Institute Of Information Technology, Islamabad. Sajjad is certified in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Cpanel Basic Technical Certificate.
