Marta Karapetyan

Marta Karapetyan has worked in various roles in different companies. Marta started their career as a Registration/Info Desk Coordinator at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies in 2016, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined Armenian Code Academy as a Customer Success Specialist and later worked as a Program Manager until 2023. Currently, they work at 10Web.io as a Senior Customer Care Specialist.

Marta Karapetyan received their Bachelor's degree in Teaching English or French as a Second or Foreign Language from Artsakh State University in 2016. In 2018, they obtained their Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the same university. In addition to their degree, Marta has obtained several certifications, including Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA from LinkedIn, Agile Practitioner from TrueAgile - Institute for Agility & Innovation, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, Tech for Non-Tech, IT Project Management, and QA Fundamentals from Armenian Code Academy. Their latest certification was obtained in March 2023.
