Nikolay Manucharyan has a long and varied work experience. Nikolay began their career in 2011 as an Intern at Anelik Bank CJSC. In 2012, they joined ProCredit Bank (Armenia) as part of their "Young Bankers Program" 4 and also worked as an Agro & Business Client Advisor at ProCredit Bank Armenia CJSC. From 2015 to 2017, Nikolay worked at The Fuller Center for Housing Armenia (ARDI Program) as a Grant Specialist for USAID Advanced Rural Development Initiative program and at Heifer Project International Armenia as an Agribusiness Consultant. In 2019, they joined Green Lane NGO in the framework of "Green Hope" project as an Agribusiness Expert and 10Web.io as a QA intern, Junior QA Engineer, and Mid Level QA Engineer.

Nikolay Manucharyan has an extensive educational background. Nikolay completed a High School degree from the “Quantum” college in 2007. Nikolay then went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Methods & Operation Research in Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics in 2011. Following this, they received a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Methods and Models in Economics from the same university in 2013. In 2016, they completed a Master of Agribusiness (MAB) from Texas A&M University in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in October 2022, an API Testing Course from QWALLITY in April 2022, a Test Automation Course from Business Development Group in February 2021, a QA Fundamentals Course from Quick Start in October 2019, and an Organic Good Governance Course: Organic production, Processing, Trade, Consumption, Policy from IFOAM - Organics International in 2019.
