Holly Butler

Holly Butler is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in scientific recruitment. Currently serving as Principal Talent Discovery Partner at 10x Genomics since April 2021, Holly previously held the role of Sr. R&D Talent Discovery Partner at the same company. Holly's prior experience includes a longstanding tenure at Genentech as Principal Talent Scout specializing in Precision Medicine, Data Science, and Research Bioinformatics, where expertise in matching scientists with opportunities was leveraged. Holly also has a background in managing staffing teams and activities, demonstrated through various positions at Genentech, and began a career in human resources at Dresdner RCM Global Investors and Jurika and Voyles. Educational qualifications include a BA in French from Saint Mary's College of California, HR Management certification from UC Berkeley, and a certificate in French Language and Literature from Université de Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
