Joe Shuga

Joe Shuga is an experienced scientist with a career spanning over two decades in the fields of chemical engineering and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Staff Scientist at 10x Genomics since November 2015, Joe has previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Fluidigm Corporation, where development focused on mRNASeq applications. Prior roles include a postdoctoral fellowship at UC Berkeley, where Joe advanced high-throughput detection methods for cancer mutations, and a research associate position at MIT, where doctoral research centered on DNA repair kinetics.
