Renee Way

Renee Way is a Principal Technical Recruiter at 10x Genomics since September 2021, focusing on recruiting talent to support innovative products that enhance single-cell analysis for groundbreaking medical research. Prior to this role, Renee served as a Senior Recruiter at Zymergen, Inc., managing hiring efforts in the APAC region and overseeing onboarding of new recruiting software. Renee's experience includes full-cycle recruiting for diverse functions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and various technical roles at Aerotek, where expertise included staffing for medical devices and engineering disciplines. Renee holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University.
