Radhika Rajendra

Radhika Rajendra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and project management, primarily focused on Salesforce solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at 10x Banking since August 2020, Radhika has held various leadership roles, including Software Engineering Manager and Software Development Manager. Prior to this, experience at Accenture UK included positions as Salesforce Application Development Lead and Salesforce Application Team Lead, where Radhika was responsible for end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder management. Earlier career experience at Infosys as a Senior Software Engineer involved Java development and Salesforce configuration. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from K J Somaiya College of Engineering, completed in 2011.
