Brian Tang has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2023. Brian started their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Executive at Scicom MSC Bhd, where they performed outbound calling, data key in and updates, and reported daily operations to the manager. In 2013, Brian joined The Dickson Shop Sdn Bhd as an Advertising and Promotions Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and executing marketing and communications activities, developing marketing materials, and managing marketing activities for brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Brooks Brothers. In 2014, they worked as a Business Process Specialist at AIG Shared Services (M) Sdn Bhd, where they performed data entry, document checking, and assessment of claims documents. Brian then became the Business Owner of Dee Power Tread Tyres & Sport Rims in 2016. Currently, they are working as a Strategy Coach at 10XCEOs Strategy Coaching and holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer since 2020.

Brian Tang has a diverse educational background with a focus on business and marketing. Brian started their education journey in 2008 at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) where they completed a Foundation in Arts degree, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Brian then attended HELP University from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of East London from 2013 to 2017, specializing in International Business. Most recently, from 2018 to 2022, Brian attended The International Business Academy of Switzerland, where they obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Business Administration.
