Joescher also co-founded Strategy Masterclass For CEOs & Entrepreneurs in 2014. In 2017, they started 10XCEOs Strategy Coaching, where they held the position of Founder & CEO. Joescher further expanded their entrepreneurial endeavors by establishing Global Entrepreneur Xchange in 2019, where they currently serve as Principal. As an author, they contributed to John 10:10 Life Wheel in 2018. Additionally, Joescher Chee joined Signature Kitchen as an Independent Non-Executive Director in 2021.
