Shaivi Bhatnagar is currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at 11:11 Systems since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior People Business Partner at Microsoft + Nuance from February 2022 to March 2023, and as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at HDFC Bank from November 2021 to February 2022. Shaivi's career began at WNS Global Services, where multiple promotions led to the positions of Group Manager - HR and Deputy Manager Human Resources. Prior roles also include Assistant Manager - HR at Tata Projects and a Winter Internship at LG Electronics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in HRD from Balaji Institute Of Modern Management and a Master’s Degree in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Currently, Shaivi is pursuing dual Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in Human Resources Management and HR from Sri Balaji University, Pune.
