Samuel Carlisle

Samuel Carlisle has extensive experience in web management and development, currently serving as the Web Manager for 1199SEIU Benefit and Pension Funds since October 2014. In this role, Samuel oversees operations, design, and content for five CMS sites, with expertise in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node. Previously, Samuel worked as a Web Developer/Consultant at Star Consulting, Inc., where advisory on web design and security was provided, as well as enhancing user interface presentation. Additional roles include Technical Writer for New York Hotel Trades Council Employee Benefit Funds, where policy and training documents were created, and earlier positions in technical writing and web development. Samuel Carlisle holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Ohio University.
