Bill Dobilas

Bill Dobilas is a seasoned broadcasting professional with extensive experience in news production and editorial leadership. Currently serving as Managing Editor at 11Alive since October 2022, Dobilas previously held positions at CNN as a Producer from November 2019 to September 2022 and as a Producer from July 2014 to November 2015. Dobilas also worked at Katz Networks as a Producer for Court TV and served as Senior Producer at HLN, overseeing notable shows such as "Crime & Justice with Ashleigh Banfield" and "Morning Express with Robin Meade." Earlier roles include Producing for HLN Now at Turner Broadcasting, Supervising Producer at FOX5 Atlanta, Executive Producer at WHBQ-TV, and Assistant News Director at WTKR-TV. Dobilas began career in broadcasting at WATE as Executive Producer of Special Projects. Dobilas earned a B.A. in Communication from Jacksonville State University.
