Amy Sands

Amy Sands currently serves as Partner and Head of Investments at 11North Partners, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Sands was Executive Vice President and Head of Investments at RPT Realty from May 2023 to April 2024. Prior to that, valuable experience was gained as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Chicago Office at JLL Capital Markets, along with the role of Managing Director, focusing on Retail Investment Advisory and Sales from June 2019 to May 2023. Earlier roles include Director at HFF from 2012 to June 2019, Senior Real Estate Analyst at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler from 2007 to March 2012, Senior Analyst of Due Diligence at Equity Office Properties from June 2005 to April 2007, and Senior Analyst of Finance at General Growth Properties from 2003 to 2005. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Coe College, completed between 1994 and 1998.
