Brian Harper

Brian Harper is an accomplished retail real estate professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of 11North Partners, Brian is focused on redefining retail real estate practices. Their previous roles include President and Chief Executive Officer of RPT Realty, where Brian led a national portfolio of open-air shopping destinations, and Chief Executive Officer of Rouse Properties. Additionally, Brian has held significant positions at General Growth Properties and RED Development. Involvement in nonprofit organizations includes serving as a Board Member for The Center for Discovery and Autism Speaks, previously holding the position of Chairman of the Board for Autism Speaks from 2020 to 2024. Brian's academic background includes education at The University of Kansas.
