Melissa Labor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Melissa currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at 12 Oaks Senior Living since July 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa founded Bespoke People and Culture Strategies in 2019, where they provided tailored company culture strategies and executive coaching services. Melissa also worked as an Executive Coach at CoachSource LLC starting from June 2022.

Melissa has also held leadership positions in talent management and human resources. Melissa served as the Head of Talent at Amherst Holdings from September 2021 to June 2023, where they collaborated with leadership to drive growth through talent strategies.
