Victoria Donaldson

Victoria Donaldson is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on growth marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Growth Marketing at 120/80 GROUP since October 2025, Victoria previously held the same title at M3 from December 2023 to October 2025. Prior to that, Victoria was a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for App and Web at Twigeo from August 2021 to December 2023. Victoria's earlier experiences include roles at Real Chemistry, where contributions as Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate in Paid Social spanned from June 2017 to August 2021. In the formative stages of the career, Victoria worked as a Marketing Intern at Shipley Energy in 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Penn State University (2013-2017) and an ongoing Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology, expected to be completed in January 2025.
