Brendan Scher

Brendan Scher, CFA, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at 120Water, a position held since November 2024. Brendan has a diverse background in finance, having worked as a Senior Associate at Edison Partners and as a Board Observer at RapidDeploy. Brendan held key leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of the Board at Texas Natural Gas Securitization Finance Corporation and Board Member at Texas Public Finance Authority, where appointment occurred by Governor Greg Abbott. Previous experience includes roles at Escalate Capital as an Associate and Venture Fellow, an Investment Banking Associate at PJ SOLOMON, and an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank, along with tenure at Fitch Ratings. Brendan holds dual MBA degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and Texas McCombs School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The College of New Jersey.
