Carl Nickander

Carl Nickander has held a variety of roles in the sales and human resources industries since 2015. In that year, they were a Spring Intern at Lauth Group, Inc. Carl then moved on to become a Sales Associate / Shift Leader - ArtStreet Cafe at Flyer Enterprises in 2016 and a Sales Intern at Syndicate Sales, Inc. in 2018. In 2017, they were an Entrepreneurial Intern at Syndicate Sales, Inc. and a Direct Sales Representative at Java House in 2019. In 2020, they were a Sales Coordinator at Now Courier Inc. and, most recently, they have been an Inside Sales Representative and Business Development Representative at 120Water since 2021.

Carl Nickander attended Guerin Catholic High School from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Core 40 with Academic Honors. Carl then attended the University of Dayton from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2017, they also took a business course at John Cabot University.
