Erina L. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Erina started their career as a Social Media Specialist at Showcase Homes of Malta in 2018, where they created and administered content on various social media platforms, analyzed data, and collaborated with multiple teams. From 2021 to 2022, Erina worked at Capital Roots as a Market Assistant, conducting outreach, developing project coordination skills, and promoting permaculture principles. In 2021, they also served as an Agribusiness Intern at Featherbed Lane Farms, where they conducted projects, analyzed financial data, and utilized GIS for farming practices. Erina then joined Kasselman Solar in 2022 as a Technical Lead, where they developed data analyses and strategies, worked with executives to evaluate infrastructure needs, and implemented process changes.
