Oriol Manya

Oriol Manya has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and development.

Oriol started their career at Cromosoma in 1999, where they worked on corporate web development and updates, as well as videogame programming and background animation.

In 2003, they joined indesai, focusing on web development and programming in the wine industry. Oriol stayed in this role until 2005.

From 2006 to 2012, Oriol worked as a freelance web and videogames developer at PUKKAS and Grapa.ws, specializing in Flash web videogame programming and frontend and backend web development using PHP, MySQL, and Javascript.

In 2010, they joined Emaid Art School as a videogames teacher, where they stayed until 2013.

Then in 2013, Oriol joined Social Point as a game developer, contributing to game development projects until 2015.

In 2012, they started working at Hekatombe Studio as a programmer, designer, and developer. Oriol played a key role in analyzing new projects and improving existing ones, working closely with the development team and providing advice on planning and budgets. Oriol stayed at Hekatombe Studio until 2017.

Most recently, Oriol joined 123compare.me in 2017 as the Chief Technology Officer, where they continue to contribute their expertise and knowledge in technology leadership and development.

Oriol Manya pursued their education in the field of multimedia and videogames. From 2008 to 2011, they attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya where they obtained a Multimedia European Degree with a specialization in Videogames. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2003, they attended the Universitat Pompeu Fabra where they completed a Videogames Master's program, focusing on Computer Games and Programming Skills.
