Pau Ferret has extensive experience in business development and sales across various industries. Pau started their career at Arbora & Ausonia, where they managed the creation of a Customer Service department and implemented measures to improve manufacturing operations. Pau then moved to Vodafone, where they successfully launched a cable TV service and managed large-scale investments in fiber optic infrastructure. Pau later joined Indicorp Solar, Saps, Domus Marketing, where they developed business plans and raised capital for start-ups in the energy, health, and consulting sectors. Pau then became the Director of Business Development and Sales at Projeccions PDC, overseeing the sales and development of a successful SaaS platform. Pau continued their career at Easytech Global, where they served as the VP of Growth and led sales and business development efforts across multiple countries. Currently, Pau is the VP of Growth, Chief Revenue Officer, and Co-founder at 123compare.me, a travel tech digital platform start-up. In this role, they are responsible for managing business development operations, driving revenue and market growth, and implementing growth hacking strategies.

Pau Ferret has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration and economics. Pau obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate degree in Economics at the same university from 1984 to 1990. In 1990 and 1991, they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the University of Geneva.

Pau also pursued executive education programs. Pau attended IESE Business School in 2004 and 2005, where they earned a degree in Business Administration called PDD. Additionally, they completed an executive program in Business Administration at EADA Business School from 1999 to 2000.

Apart from formal education, Pau Ferret has acquired additional certifications. Pau completed the course "Learning Google Data Studio for Marketers" from LinkedIn in May 2022 and the course "Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS" also from LinkedIn in April 2022. In June 2017, they obtained the certification "Sales Strategies: Mastering the Selling Process" from Coursera and the certification "Lead Generation Foundations" from LinkedIn. Pau also obtained the certifications "Value-Based Pricing" from LinkedIn in May 2017 and "Inbound Marketing" from HubSpot Academy in May 2020.
