Ali Mehdi

Ali Mehdi is an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a strong background in implant dentistry. Ali currently serves as the Lead at Apple Dental Implant Centres under 123Dentist since March 2023, and prior to this, they held the position of Director of Implant Education from September 2020 to April 2023. Ali also has experience as a Clinical Director at Family Dental Centres from March 2020 to September 2020. Ali worked as a Surgical Consultant and Course Director at Hiossen Implant Canada Inc. from October 2017 to February 2020. Previously, they worked at Vancouver Coastal Health from September 2015 to October 2017 and at Lahore Medical & Dental College as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon from 2014 to 2015. Ali's early career involved working as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at King Edward Medical University from January 2011 to March 2014.

Ali Mehdi has a diverse education history in the field of dentistry and healthcare. Ali obtained a Certificate in Pandemic Prevention from HarvardX in 2020 and previously earned a Certificate in Guided Implant Surgery from AIC Education Canada in 2019. Ali also completed a Master Course in Oral Implantology from AIC Education Canada from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they completed the FCPS program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, spanning from 2011 to 2015. Ali's undergraduate education includes a BDS (DDS) degree from the University of Health Sciences in 2008. Ali also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Humanities from the University of the Punjab. Additionally, Ali has obtained various certifications in areas such as Ebola prevention, general dentistry, first aid and CPR, trauma life support, and research methodology.
