Pierre Moses

President at 127 Energy

To achieve climate resiliency, Pierre believes zero carbon energy needs to be affordable and accessible to all. In his early career, Pierre founded and successfully scaled Make It Right Solar, a for-profit subsidiary of Brad Pitt’s Make It Right Foundation. He went on to structure and complete more than 250 solar PV projects – 130 of which were installed on LEED Platinum buildings. His project expertise includes public and private portfolios of distributed generation assets and solar plus storage microgrids.

Within roles at private equity and transaction advisory firms, Pierre helped infrastructure investors source, underwrite, and execute solar PV and energy storage investments. He currently serves as the President of 127 Energy, heading operations in clean energy finance and project development.

​Pierre holds a BS from the College of Charleston and an MBA from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business where he continues to serve as an adjunct professor and board member of the Tulane Energy Institute.
