Ler Min Low

Low Ler Min is a Program Associate at 1337 Ventures since April 2023, following extensive experience at AIESEC in Malaysia, where roles included Country Manager and Head of National Partnership Development. As Country Manager, Low successfully managed a team of eight and a network of over 600 volunteers, implementing organizational culture changes and post-COVID operational strategies. In partnership development, Low established collaborations with various stakeholders, enhancing B2B customer needs through integrated marketing initiatives. Previous positions include President of the UPM chapter and multiple vice-presidential roles, demonstrating a strong leadership track record in managing exchange programs. Prior experience as a Production Engineer at Emery Oleochemicals involved supervising chemical production processes. Low holds a degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia, earned in September 2019.
