Chase Scharnek

Chase Scharnek is an experienced Account Executive currently working at 14 West since June 2023 and has been the Founder of NexTeam Recruiting since October 2022, focusing on assisting former athletes in their career transitions. Previous experience includes a role as Account Executive at Solera, Inc. from January 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle sales, launching new verticals, and training sales development representatives. Chase has also served as a New Product Specialist at Tom George Yacht Group and interned in Group Sales for the Milwaukee Brewers. Early career experiences included playing in the Northwoods League for Eau Claire Express Baseball and Kenosha Kingfish Baseball Club and working as a Retail Wireless Consultant at U.S. Cellular. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Professional Communications from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has education from Madison Area Technical College.
