Aaron Enequist-Leiker

Aaron Enequist-Leiker serves as SVP Product and Head of Product & Design at 1440 since October 2022. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions including Product Design Coach at BestPracticer and Principal UX Designer at fabric. Aaron's extensive experience includes a tenure at Reverb as Director of Design and UX Research, where Aaron successfully scaled the product design team and contributed to significant financial growth. Aaron also led the product design initiatives at Grubhub, overseeing a talented team responsible for enhancing restaurant and delivery products. Aaron's background includes partnership at Stitch Consulting and ownership of Sqope Design, complemented by a Master's degree in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University.
