Sonua Bohannon

Sonua Bohannon has a diverse range of work experience. Sonua currently works as a Marketing Director at 1517 Media since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Associate at the same company from March 2022 to July 2023. From 2020, Sonua worked as the Owner of Plum Writing & Marketing, where they provided customized marketing and sales solutions. Sonua also has experience as the Director of Communications at the Nashville Symphony from July 2021 to February 2022. In their earlier career, Sonua served as the Director of Marketing at United Methodist Publishing House from February 2012 to March 2020. Before that, they were the Parent Education Campaign Manager at Signal Centers from September 2009 to February 2012. Sonua has also worked at Ingram Book Company as a Senior Marketing Manager from June 2001 to May 2007 and Deutsche Bank as a Security Holder Relations Team Leader from August 1999 to June 2001.

Sonua Bohannon earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Harding University in 1997. In 2005, they attended Belmont University's Center for Professional Development and obtained a Fundamentals of Management Training Certificate.
