Colleen McCreary

Colleen McCreary is an advisor at 15Five. Colleen previously worked as a technical advisor for HBO's "Silicon Valley" and as the chief people officer for Vevo.

At 15Five, McCreary provides stories and advice on scaling companies and HR practices for the writers and producers of "Silicon Valley." Colleen also advised on consumer mobile and platform strategies while at Vevo.

During their time at Vevo, McCreary led global people operations, including recruiting, business partnerships, HR operations, compensation, benefits, and employee experience. Colleen also built the company's first global infrastructure for the people organization and rapidly scaled it across multiple geographies.

McCreary substantially improved benefits offerings at Vevo while also reducing global attrition by over 15%. Colleen also raised the acceptance rate in recruiting to 97%.

Colleen McCreary has a MA in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University and a BS in Mass Communication and Public Relations from Boston University. Colleen has also completed an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
