Derek Mackey is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in accounting and finance across various industries, including SaaS, consumer goods, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at 15Five, Derek oversees FP&A for a $40M ARR business, leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash management efforts, and played a pivotal role in a $56M Series C fundraise. Previously, Derek held leadership roles at PurposeBuilt Brands and Kellogg Company, steering financial strategies for businesses valued at up to $300M and $1.4B respectively. Derek’s career also includes positions at Wrigley, SC Johnson, Roche Diagnostics, and Echo Logistics, demonstrating a strong track record in finance management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Academically, Derek holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue University.
