Justin Forest is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the 15th Judicial Circuit since June 2022, Justin previously held multiple positions within Broward County Public Schools from April 2019 to June 2022, progressing from Human Resources Administrator I to Human Resources Administrator III. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at Florida International University from February 2017 to April 2019, and earlier as a Human Resources Assistant at the same institution in 2016. Justin holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, as well as an Associate degree in Business Administration from Indian River State College.
