Solomon Choi

Solomon Choi is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment advisor with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. As Co-Founder of Somedays Bakery since April 2024, Solomon focuses on creating unique pastries through classic French techniques and modern flavors. Solomon also serves as CEO of Jabba Brands, which advises and invests in companies aimed at improving lifestyle choices. Previously, Solomon founded and led 16 Handles, NYC's first self-serve frozen yogurt brand, before successfully selling it in August 2022. Additional advisory roles include positions at SKUsafe and YOOBIC, while also being an investor in companies like JUICER and Fourtop. Solomon's educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and studies at Tsinghua University.
