Tess Hoopingarner

Tess Hoopingarner has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. Tess started their career as an intern at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, where they worked in various hourly positions and pitched their own restaurant concept. Tess then worked as a Fellow for the Michigan Democratic Party, organizing volunteers and campaigning for Democratic candidates. Tess gained further experience as a Front of the House Management Intern at Entertainment Cruises Inc., rotating through different positions and shadowing managers and supervisors.

Moving forward, Tess worked as a Shift Manager at For Crepe's Sake, where they handled scheduling, training, and bookkeeping.
