Tim Wickes has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Tim started their career as an intern at Lettuce Entertain You in 2010 and later interned at Hillstone Restaurant Group in 2011. Tim then joined Hillstone Restaurant Group as a Restaurant and Bar Manager in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants where they worked as a Manager until 2017. From 2017, Tim has been working at 16 On Center, initially as a General Manager and currently as the Director of Operations.
From 2008 to 2012, Tim Wickes attended Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Business.
