Sibeko Jywanza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community relations, operations management, and food justice. Currently serving as the Director of Community Relations at 16 Tech Innovation District since February 2022, Sibeko previously held the role of Operating Manager at Cleo's Bodega and Cafe, where responsibilities included strategic planning, employee management, and financial analysis. As the Director of Food Justice at Flanner House of Indianapolis Inc., Sibeko maintained equitable food access in a food desert. Earlier experience includes managing a county program at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. and serving as a Neighborhood Development Specialist at the Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center. Sibeko's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Graduate Certificate in Philanthropy from Indiana University Indianapolis, with ongoing studies toward a Global Executive MBA at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
