Tracey Jackson, MHRM, serves as the Vice President of Workforce Development & Community Impact at 16 Tech Innovation District, responsible for leading talent and community initiatives. In addition, Tracey founded Real Chance Strategies, LLC, which consults on improving access and outcomes for underrepresented students. Previous roles include Vice Chancellor of Workforce & Career Development at Ivy Tech Community College Indianapolis, focusing on education and career partnerships, and Associate Director of Graduate Medical Education at Indiana University School of Medicine, where management of a $65 million budget was a key responsibility. Tracey's extensive experience also includes positions at Starfish Initiative and Martin University, emphasizing program development and student services. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Purdue University and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
