Justin Padilla

Justin Padilla has over 20 years of experience in the field of video production, serving in various roles and responsibilities. Justin is currently working at 160over90 as the VP of Video & Executive Producer since May 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Producer, Videographer, and Editor, offering video services as an independent contractor for different projects. Justin has extensive knowledge and experience in almost all major positions in professional production. Justin also worked as a Lecturing Professor of Mass Media at Eastern University, where they taught students about communication process and theory. Justin was the CEO, Executive Producer, and Co-founder of 4D Studios LLC, responsible for producing and directing video productions for various clients. Before that, they worked as a Professor and Instructor at The Art Institute of Tampa, where they oversaw digital film and photography aspects of public events and led student projects with real-world clients. Justin also served as the Director of Marketing, Promotions, and Sales at John Robert Powers, managing a staff of over 40 individuals and creating marketing and advertising material. Justin has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Film and Media at The University of Tampa and as a Producer at Radnor Studio 21, where they trained new interns and edited various productions.

Justin Padilla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Eastern University in the years 2000-2004. Justin then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communications with a specialization in Film from Villanova University from 2004-2006. In addition, they obtained a certification in Graduate Studies in Strategic Communication from Villanova University in 2005.
