Jim Haley

Jim Haley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim started their career in the U.S. Navy as a Data Processing Tech/Software Engineer, where they held various roles including Computer Operations, Computer Programmer, and Shift Supervisor. Jim then worked at BancTec as a Software Systems Engineer and later as a Project Manager.

After that, they joined Captiva Software as the Director of Project Management, where they were responsible for building and managing the Professional and Technical Services Organizations. During their time there, they created processes, systems, tools, and templates for successful software development projects.

In 2000, Jim became the Vice President of Professional Services at EMC. In this role, they were in charge of planning and organizational performance for the Professional Services Group. Jim also established and managed an offshore development organization and achieved high customer satisfaction and on-time project delivery ratings.

Jim then moved on to serve as the Managing Partner at Cornerstone Capital Management and later as the Vice President of Business Development at Primas Solutions.

In 2012, they joined Kyazma Business Consulting as the Vice President of Operations. At Kyazma, they played a key role in increasing profits by implementing innovative process and technology solutions, especially focusing on cloud-based technologies like Salesforce.com and Google Apps.

Jim'smost recent position is as the Managing Director - Salesforce Consultant at 17 Grapes Business Consulting. In this role, they help clients successfully implement Salesforce.com to achieve competitive advantage. Jim'sresponsibilities include process improvement, implementation, customization, optimization, development, integration, training, and support.

Jim Haley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from ASU in 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from ASU, which they achieved between 1995 and 1997. In addition to their formal education, Jim also obtained a certification in Salesforce Success Model from Salesforce Trailhead, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
