Asad Azar

Asad Azar has extensive experience in project management, business development, and proposal management in the energy and engineering sectors. Asad currently holds the role of Hydrogen Technology Director at 174 Power Global. Prior to that, they worked at Air Products as a Project Engineering Manager and Proposal Manager. Before that, they served as a Project Management and Proposal & Estimation Leader at Honeywell. Asad also held roles at Linde Engineering North America Inc. as a Regional Business Development & Proposal Manager, Linde Middle East as a Senior Manager Business Development, and Olayan Descon Industrial Company as Head of Marketing & Business Development. Asad is skilled in identifying and developing opportunities, preparing and negotiating proposals, and meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Asad Azar attended Brown University, where they obtained a BSC (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Economics. In 1982, they also obtained a certification from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers).
