Jose Valadez has a diverse work experience in project development, construction management, and real estate development. Jose is currently the Director of Project Development at 174 Power Global, where they oversee projects in the Western U.S. Jose previously worked as a Manager at the same company, focusing on digital infrastructure and developing a pipeline of controllable load resources. Before that, they served as a Manager of Project Development at ERCOT & México. Jose also worked as a Project Manager at Sunia Energy, where they were responsible for the development and operation of a large solar PV facility. Jose gained construction management experience as a Construction Manager at Hanwha Q CELLS, rebuilding and commissioning solar PV systems. Jose's early experience includes an Associate role at Orange Investments, where they were involved in real estate development, and a Project Coordinator role at Construcciones Industriales ARGO.

Jose Valadez completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2007-2011.
