Simon Mettler

Simon Mettler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Project Leader at 17a since September 2023, Mettler previously held the position of Strategy Manager at nbn™ Australia from January 2018 to August 2019. Mettler worked as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Analyst in Capital Planning at the NYC Department of City Planning from September 2015 to December 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant and Associate at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2013 to August 2015, and a Writing Center Tutor at Emory University from August 2009 to May 2012, alongside an internship in the Democracy Program at The Carter Center in the summer of 2011. Mettler earned a B.A. in International Studies from Emory University and participated in a study abroad program in International Affairs at Sciences Po in 2010.
