Tod Duncan

Tod Duncan is a Deputy District Attorney at the 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office, a position held since November 2022, following experience as an Associate Attorney at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Prior to transitioning to law, Duncan had an extensive academic career, culminating in roles as an Assistant Professor and later an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Denver, focusing on biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular biology. Duncan authored over 20 chapters for leading biology textbooks and has held positions in digital content development and judicial externships.
