Qin Wen

Mr. Qin Wen has served as the Company’s chief operating officer since February 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Wen worked at 17EdTech in several positions, including vice president of in-school solutions, from May 2017 to February 2019. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Wen worked in several positions at Meituan (HKEX: 3690), including as general manager of the retailing business unit and chief financial officer of the in-store dining business group, general manager of the in-store visits business unit, senior director of the product operations department, director of sales operations department and city manager of Xi’an. Mr. Wen received his bachelor’s degree in financial management from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2007.
