Joe Coletta is the CEO and founder of 180 Engineering, a talent acquisition firm focused on engineering and information technology roles since August 2010. Prior to this, Joe served as Principal at Coletta/Yammine Group, where the organization assisted clients with business transformation projects. Joe's extensive background includes a role as Vice President at Motorola, overseeing the Program Management Office for a $20 billion GSM and UMTS handset business, and as Director at Lucent, where responsibilities included managing a significant wireless infrastructure equipment business. Earlier career experience includes various leadership positions at AT&T. Joe holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS in Computer Science from Elmhurst University.
