Justin Lanning has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Justin is currently working as the Chief Customer Officer at Mindoula and also serves as the President of the StrongWell division. Prior to this, Justin founded and served as the President, CEO, and Founder of 180 Health Partners, which was later acquired by Mindoula.

Justin has also held positions as a Board Member at The Contributor, JDRF - Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and TN HIMSS. At TN HIMSS, Justin served as the President, President-elect and VP Programs, and a Board Member, where they provided statewide leadership for the advancement of healthcare information and technology.

Before that, Justin worked at Xerox, where they held the roles of SVP & Managing Director Healthcare Provider Analytics and Midas+ Solutions Group, and Vice President Business Development and Marketing.

Justin's early career includes founding and serving as President, CEO, and Founder of CredenceHealth, a healthcare technology company that was later acquired by Xerox. Justin also worked as the EVP at Phoenix Club of Nashville and as the Director and Value Assurance Leader at Healthways.

Justin Lanning has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Missouri State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Justin also completed two certification programs at Vanderbilt University in 2008 and 2009, specializing in Executive Leadership and Healthcare Market Strategies/Strategic Innovations respectively. Additionally, Justin completed two certification programs at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2010 and 2012. In 2010, they received certification in Healthcare IT Strategy, and in 2012, they completed the Certification Program in Forces of Change: New Strategies for the Evolving Health Care Marketplace.
