Jeferson Santos has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Jeferson began their career at Starbucks as a Coordenador de Plantão in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Dafiti Group as an Assistente de Processos. In 2018, they joined Loggi as a Supervisor de Mídias e RA, and was later promoted to Customer Experience Leader at Loggi. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operation, managing analysts, managing indicators, attending routine meetings, and leading with a focus on capacity development. Jeferson also held the roles of Analista de Relacionamento Pleno, Analista Exp. Cliente 1, and Analista Exp. Cliente 2. In 2022, they became a Customer Excellence Supervisor at 180° Seguros.
Jefferson Santos began their educational journey in 2016 when they completed an Introdução ao Coaching course at Senac Brasil in the field of Coaching. The following year, they obtained a Técnico em Estética e Cosmética degree from Senac Brasil in the field of Saúde e Bem-Estar - Geral. Most recently, Jefferson Santos is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree at Ampli in the field of Processos Gerenciais, which they expect to complete in 2024.
