Lucas Motta

Lucas Motta has a long work history, beginning with an Undergraduate Student Researcher role at Escola Politécnica da USP in 2015. Lucas then held a Farming Intern role at Pagar.me in 2016. In 2019, they became a Business Development Analyst at Nubank, and also held a Business Development Intern role there. In 2020, they joined Wildlife Studios as a Growth Strategy Associate, a Growth Strategy Senior Associate, and a Product Marketing Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Business Development Manager and Business Development Specialist at 180° Seguros, where they are responsible for supporting strategy definition and decision making, designing go-to-market strategy for new business verticals, and running growth experiments and efforts.

Lucas Motta completed a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering at Escola Politécnica da USP from 2014 to 2019. Lucas then went on to pursue a Master of Science - Double degree in Management engineering at Politecnico di Torino from 2017 to 2019.
