Pam Marrone is a co-founder and executive chair of the Invasive Species Corporation and the Invasive Species Research Institute, focusing on bio-based solutions to combat invasive species, which have caused substantial ecological and economic damage. Current roles include chairperson of the board at ELICIT PLANT, board member at the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research, advisor at Pheronym and senior advisor at Innatrix, among others. Additionally, Pam serves as a senior fellow at the Swette Center for Sustainable Food Systems and is involved with several biotech and agribusiness ventures. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Entomology from Cornell University and North Carolina State University, respectively.
