Michael Lucht started their career in 1974 as a Sales Representative at MetLife, where they learned important sales skills. In 1978, they founded Progressive Sweeping Contractor, Inc, and has been serving as the President of the company since then. In 2017, Lucht became the Executive Director of Pressure Treated Structural Lumber Coalition, LLC.
Michael Lucht attended Eastern Michigan University from 1970 to 1974, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management.
